Terms and Conditions
1.1 Orders may be placed by Telephone, E-mail , or through our website.
1.2 We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (except American Express) .Goods will not be despatched until paid for in full, we do not offer accounts of any kind.
1.3 All orders will be sent by post or carrier The costs of delivery is dependent on the product weight. These costs can be seen on your "shopping trolley" when placing your order. Telephone orders will be informed at the time of ordering. The costs of delivery outside the UK mainland and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are available upon enquiry.
1.4 Invoices will be sent with a VAT breakdown. An invoice will be sent with each order. The invoice number must be quoted on any query or correspondence
1.5 All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to alter prices if the required delivery date is beyond 10 working days of placing order.
Deliveries and Dispatch
2.1 It is expected that all orders, unless you wish otherwise, will be despatched within 4 working days subject to stock availability. If you require goods within a specific time please let us know by email or telephone.
2.1a An emailed confirmation will be sent with notification of approximate despatch date. In the event of stock shortages you will be notified by email.
2.2 Goods to be checked on arrival. Any errors or damages must be reported within 7 working days from date of  postmark. or carrier despatch label.
2.3 If goods are not received within 10 working days of advised despatch date please contact us via telephone or email.
2.4 When placing your order a choice is given for method of delivery. In the case of courier delivery it is the customers responsibility to ensure somebody is at the delivery address to take delivery. Delivery can be any time up to 5.30pm. Next day delivery can only be guaranteed on orders placed before12.00 noon. Please note 24hr delivery options are only available Monday to Thursday.
2.5 Swift-Hart Boxes can not be held responsible for any commercial loss brought about by the non supply incorrect colour despatched or late delivery of any product
Returned Goods
3.1a. Where an order has been received correctly but is deemed faulty Swift-Hart Boxes will refund total cost of goods and carriage charges incurred upon receipt of the returned parcel.
3.1b. Where an order has been received correctly but the recipient is not satisfied with the goods or no longer requires them Swift-Hart Boxes will refund the cost of the goods only upon receipt of the said parcel however there will be a 10% handling charge deducted from refund given. The original cost of postage and packing is  not refundable. Refunds will only be considered for goods returned within 21 days of their despatch date. If you require to return goods and replace them with alternative products no handling charge will be made however Swift-Hart Boxes is not responsible for resulting carriage costs.
3.2 Goods, for whatever reason, can only be returned with the prior approval of Swift-Hart Boxes.  Please return goods with their original packaging and in original condition.  Swift-Hart Boxes can accept no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us therefore it is advised that goods are returned using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Product Description
4.1 All products, unless stated otherwise, are made from artificial materials. Any references to flowers, leaves etc. relate to man-made products.
4.2 All references to gold, silver, pearl, crystal etc. relate to colour and not the actual material of which products are made.
4.3 In cases of high temperatures, chocolate products will not be despatched on Friday's.
4.4 All confectionery products may contain traces of nuts.
4.5 Swift-Hart Boxes does not accept responsibility for shade variations on any products when repeat orders occur.
4.6 Any personalised products invitations; keepsake/decorated boxes; printed ribbon may not be returned for refund unless an error has been made by Swift-Hart Boxes during the personalisation process. It is important to double check all spellings etc at time of placing the order.
