I will be in the office to answer calls Mondays and Thursdays 9.30 a.m. - 2 .00p.m.
What's the best way to contact you?
The website or email will be the best way to place an order and contact us as I will only be in office twice a week.
What days will orders be despatched?
Orders will be despatched Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Any orders left over from these days will be despatched on the following working day where possible. e.g. orders left over Thursday will be despatched Monday etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Some delays may occur with both Royal Mail and DPD deliveries due to new lockdown restrictions. We crave your patience in this matter
Why are we working this way?
We are a small family business and, although we aim to provide 5* service at all times we have only two people working in the company. One employee is currently on furlough while the other is myself, Kate - Managing Director. We both have children, myself having two small chldren who cannot go to school or childcare until the Government allows, so this is the best option for now
We will continue to do our upmost to fulfill your orders and deal with your enquiries but please be patient and understand our situation. Our lead time will be longer for now, so please think ahead and place your orders allowing for possibly up to a week for them to be despatched. Please also take into consideration both Royal Mail and DPD are both working under hard conditions and may take longer to deliver.
